2. What we collect
When you place an order Your name, email address, phone number, billing address, order contents, delivery date and gift message.
About the person receiving the flowers Their name, delivery address and phone number, which you provide. See section 3.
When you create an account Your username, password (stored encrypted), saved addresses and order history.
When you contact us Your name, email, phone number and the content of your message, including WhatsApp conversations.
When you subscribe to our newsletter Your email address and your consent record.
Automatically, when you browse IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and cookie identifiers. See section 6.
What we do not collect We never see or store your full card number, CVV or bank credentials. Card payments are processed entirely on the payment provider’s own secure page.
3. Data about gift recipients
Because we deliver gifts, you often give us personal data about someone else.
We use recipient details only to prepare and deliver that order and to contact the recipient about that delivery.
By giving us someone else’s details, you confirm you are entitled to share them for this purpose.
We tell the recipient who sent the order — we do not accept anonymous orders.
If a recipient contacts us and asks us to delete their details, we will do so once the order is complete and our record-keeping obligations allow.

5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
Delivery staff and couriers — recipient name, address and phone, so the order can be delivered.

Hosting and technical providers — our web host [NAME] and our content delivery network (Bunny.net), which serve the site.

Government authorities, courts or regulators — where we are legally required to disclose.
Each provider is required to use your data only for the service they provide to us.

Where this happens, we rely on your consent and on the contractual protections these providers offer, and we take steps to ensure the level of protection is no lower than that required under Egyptian law.
8. Marketing communications
We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in. Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We keep a record of your consent, and we stop sending as soon as you withdraw it.
9. Other websites
Our site links to other websites, including social media. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.
10. Language
This policy is published in English and Arabic. In the event of a discrepancy, the Arabic version prevails.
