Very bad service. They delivered not fresh flowers at all. Roses is turning black and leaves falling and they will not stay even one day. Service is bad. They ignoring and don’t want to exchange or refund money.

Over the years Hope Flowers never failed to help me celebrate occasions , express feelings and add a smile on the faces of my loved ones ,.Today although I live abroad , they still helped me to draw a smile on a friend’s face who I really wished that I was there for her, their team and especially Mariam helped me through what’s app to put on a very special arrangement and listened to all my requirements , located the flowers I asked for ,although they were not in store , shared pictures of every step in putting it together that made me feel that I was in store myself choosing all what I want ❤️ 🌺

Quick responses, patient. I can be picky when i am gifting loved ones, they listen and accommodate to your needs and bring your vision to life. The payment and checkout process is easy! I was very skeptical and worried but since i tried them, they are my go to! If you live abroad and want to send flowers, honestly they are your go to and i highly doubt you’d be disappointed from A to Z. The whole interaction is simple and hassle free.
