will always do our best to use the exact flowers shown in the picture on the website. However, due to the nature of perishable product, if a particular flower is not available, we reserve the right to substitute flowers WITHOUT sacrificing the look and/or value of the piece..
Note that most of our products images are for the x-large size
and the large size is a bit smaller and less in flower
We do not accept anonymous senders. Sender details must be provided and we will provide the recipient of the sender information
All orders must be prepaid in full. We accept Visa, or MasterCard payments. Customers must prepay online when the order is placed.
Changes or cancellations of orders must be prior to the delivery date. Order changes requested after that time cannot be guaranteed. Special orders or custom arrangements cancelled after that time will be charged a 25% restock fee (only 75% of the purchase amount will be refunded).
There are a limited amount of delivery slots available for each day. For same day delivery order must be placed before 5:00 pm CLT and a notification via call or chat or whatsapp is preferable for fast attention
